GARDEN CITY, N.Y. - Joe Breen (Nashua, N.H.) drove in three runs as the Southern Connecticut State University baseball team won its sixth straight game, 6-0, over Adelphi. 

Breen hit a two-run homer in the fourth and batted in his third run with a sacrifice fly in the sixth inning. 

The Owls scored a run in each of the first two innings in support of starter Rocco Cundari (Norwalk, Conn.). 

The senior went the distance, striking out seven and allowing seven hits. The right hander recorded his team-high third win of the year. 

SCSU, 12-9-1, plays next at AIC on Saturday.
