Football Wins Third Straight, Edges Hawks, 35-28

The Owls won their third game in a row with a 35-28 victory over St. Anselm.

MANCHESTER, N.H. – Senior quarterback Raymond Catapano (Franklin Square, N.Y.) totaled 282 all-purpose yards (196 passing, 86 rushing) and three touchdowns as the Southern Connecticut State University football team won its third consecutive game on Saturday, 35-28, over St. Anselm.

TEAM RECORDS: SCSU 4-5 (4-4 NE10) | Saint Anselm 1-8 (1-7 NE10)

THE KEY STATS:
- Catapano completed 12-of-19 passes, including a 21-yard touchdown to Vochan Fowler (Bridgeport, Conn.). He also rushed 19 times and found the end zone twice on the ground.
- Eli Parks (Bristol, Conn.) posted a game-high 20 rushes for 47 yards, and also found the end zone twice.
- Fowler totaled 159 all-purpose yards on the day (112 return, 21 receiving, 26 rushing).
- Vasilios Grigorakos (Port Washington, N.Y.) had nine tackles to lead the defense.
