WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Four Owls registered multiple hits and freshman
Brendan Ebert (Berlin, Conn.) tossed six innings to earn the win as the Southern Connecticut State University baseball team capped its Florida trip with an 8-3 win over Merrimack today. The win concluded the swing through the Sunshine State with eight victories in nine contests for the Owls.

Griffin Garabedian (Hamden, Conn.) and giving the Owls the go ahead run. Lamberti's RBI single ended up being the deciding factor in the Owls 8-3 win. Â
Greg Zullo (Branford, Conn.) reached base four times and had two hits, two stolen bases, a run and one RBI.
Tyler Criscuolo (Branford, Conn.) also had two hits and scored three times.
Nolan Cloutier (Wallingford, Conn.) had two hits, one run scored and one stolen base, while Garabedian posted two hits and scored a run.
Christopher Ramos (Shelton, Conn.) earned the save allowing just one hit and striking out two in three innings pitched.Â
