ON THE ROAD
The Southern Connecticut State University softball squad finished with a 3-1 record last week and heads on the road for two doubleheaders this week. First, the Owls head to Garden City, N.Y. to face division opponent Adelphi on March 27, with the games set to begin at 2 p.m. Next, the Owls play a doubleheader matchup against St. Thomas Aquinas on March 29, with the first game set to start at 2:30 p.m.

The Panthers hold the all-time series lead against the Owls, 35-22.

The all-time series between these two teams is tied, 2-2.
GET JAZZY WITH IT
Freshman Jazmyn Martinez recorded the first two wins of her collegiate career last weekend against Bentley University and Stonehill College.

Jazmyn Martinez of the Southern Connecticut State University softball team were named to the NE10 weekly honor roll on Monday for their play in the Owls' doubleheaders against Bentley and Stonehill.

Jaime Conklin has enjoyed a nice start to the 2018 season. She is currently fourth in the NE10 in batting average at .432.
MCINTOSH NAMED TO WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Senior Bryanna McIntosh was named to the NE10 weekly honor roll on March 13 for her play in the Owls' season-opening doubleheader on March 12.

Coming into the week,
Sara Buscetto has 12 RBI to lead the team in that department. Bryanna McIntosh and Delany Turner are second with nine.

Coming into the week, the Owls have five starters batting at least .313 or better on the year.

Victoria Ceballos had a strong start in the circle during the Owls' trip to Florida, including two wins and a shutout against Minnesota-Crookston.

The Southern Connecticut State University softball team was selected to finish seventh in the Southwest Division of the NE10 Conference Preseason Coaches' Poll.
