2018 Roster | 2018 Schedule | Season Stats
The Southern Connecticut State University softball team is set to play seven games this week. First, the Owls will travel to Pleasantville, N.Y. to play a single game against Pace on Tuesday. Then, on Thursday, they'll travel to Brookville, N.Y. to face LIU-Post in nonconference doubleheader action with the Pioneers. On Friday and Saturday, the Owls welcome the Yellow Jackets of American International for two days worth of doubleheaders. Prior to the start of Saturday's doubleheader, the Owls will honor their four-member senior class.

The Owls hold the all-time series with the Setters, 36-30-2.

The Pioneers hold the all-time series with the Owls, 46-13-2.

FESHLER TABBED WITH NE10 WEEKLY HONORS
Madison Feshler was named to the NE10 weekly honor roll on Monday. She went 1-1 last week for the Owls in the circle. Feshler pitched one complete game and had a 1.08 era with eight strikeouts. She captured the victory in the Owls 2-1 win over Saint Rose on April 21 at Pelz Field.

FIERY FRESHMAN
The freshman duo
Lauryn Zubia and
Jayden Delaporta helped the Owls oust Saint Rose in two key conference matchups this past weekend. Zubia hit a RBI single to knock in Delaporta in the Owls 2-1 win on April 21. Delaporta hit a two RBI double in the bottom of the seventh inning to lift Southern over Saint Rose 3-2 on April 23.Â

MCINTOSH GARNERS WEEKLY HONORS
McIntosh was a force for the Owls during the week of April 2 as she played an instrumental role in fueling the offensive power. She sported a .444 batting average and .611 slugging percentage while collecting eight hits including one homerun, five runs and four RBI.
BIG BAT BUSCETTO
Sara Buscetto has carried a big bat this season for the Owls. Aside from being tied for the lead on the team in RBI, she also leads the team in triples and is third in the NE10 with four.Â
FASTER THAN A SPEEDING BULLET
Sara Buscetto is currently ranked fifth in the NE10 in stolen bases with 13.

Jaime Conklin has enjoyed a nice start to the 2018 season. She is currently fourth on the team in batting average at .280.

Senior Bryanna McIntosh was named to the NE10 weekly honor roll on March 13 for her play in the Owls' season-opening doubleheader on March 12.
