Diante Wilson, Ben Eichman Named To NE10 Weekly Honor Roll

MANSFIELD, Mass. - Southern Connecticut football standouts Diante Wilson (Union, N.J.) and Ben Eichman (Merrimack, N.H.) were named to the Northeast 10 Conference Weekly Honor Roll, as announced by the NE10 on Monday, Sept. 26. 

Against Saint Anselm, Wilson led the Owls' offense with 151 yards on 24 carries while also recording four catches for 19 yards. For the year, Wilson leads the Owls' backfield with 62 carries for 276 yards and two touchdowns and is second on the roster with 10 receptions for 85 yards and one TD catch. 

Eichman became the first player in the Northeast-10 Conference this season to record two interceptions in the same game. He sits at the top of the NE10 leaderboard, tied with Saint Anselm's Devin Wood. In addition to his two interceptions, he also broke up two passes. Last week against Pace, Eichman had a career game with a team-leading 12 tackles, while also forcing two fumbles and registering a tackle for a loss.
