The Southern Connecticut State University women's track and field team finished as the 2023 Northeast 10 Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships runner-up, which was the Owls' 11^th second-place finish all-time and its highest finish since 2018.  Southern totaled 156.50 points while winning three championships on the second day. 

Individual Champions

• Anna-Sashia Jones won first place and the gold medal in the 100 Dash with a mark of 12.00.
• In the 200 Dash, Ella Maclean won first place with a time of 24.49. The win is Maclean's second NE10 Championship after taking the 100 Meter Dash last season. 
• Rachel Fleischer finished in first place in the Triple Jump with a leap of 12.15 meters for her second Triple Jump championship after winning in 2021. 

Field Medalists

• Patrice Mansfield finished third in the 100 Hurdles with a time of 14.87.
• Shayna Smith was in third place in the Triple Jump with a leap of 11.46 meters.
• Gillian Penna finished third place, and won the bronze medal, she scored 3871 points

Track Medalist

• The 4x100-meter relay team of Dardielle Exantus, Anna-Sashia Jones, Kisha Francois, and Ella Maclean won first place with a time of 46.3.
• In the 400 Run, Hannah Caiola finished second with a time of 55.67, while Ella Maclean was in third with a mark of 56.32.
• Kisha Francois finished in second place in the 100 Dash with a time of 12.03 and in third place in the 200 Dash with a time of 24.94.
• Isabella Newbury finished in second place and won the silver medal in the 400 Hurdles with a time of 1:02.05.
• The 4x400-meter relay team of Isabella Newbury, Anna-Sashia Jones, Patrice Mansfield, and Ella Maclean won first place with a time of 3:51.66

Other Notable Finishes

• In the 100 Hurdles, Isabella Newbury finished fourth with a time of 15.11.
• Avery Winters finished sixth in the 400 Run with a time of 58.75.
• Dardielle Exantus and Mackenzie Glenn competed in the 100 Dash. Exantus finished fourth with a time of 12.43, while Glenn finished seventh at 12.78.
• In the 800 Run, Julia Mansfield finished fifth with a time of 2:22.09.
• Patrice Mansfield was in fourth place at 1.02.23 in the 400 Hurdles.
• Jones, Caiola, and Winters were in fourth, six, and seventh place, respectively.
