SCSU Men's Cross Country Finishes 9th At Nassaney Invitational

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Southern Connecticut men's cross country finished ninth at the Shawn M. Nassaney Cross Country Invitational, hosted by Bryant University in Smithfield, R.I.

Jeremy Rivera was the Owls' top finisher, crossing the 5K finish line at 16:16.7 for 37^th place overall. Nathanael Huebner finished in 17:03.6 while Matthew Speight saw a time of 17:14.4. Dominic Tartarelli finished at 17:20.1 while Shea Kenney finished at 17:20.4.

Southern is back in action at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational in North Dartmouth, Mass. on Saturday, Sept. 16.
