Patrice Mansfleid Breaks Program Record in 55m Hurdles at Art Kadish Elm City Challenge

NEW HAVEN, Conn - Southern Connecticut women's indoor track & field won the Art Kadish Elm City Challenge, totaling 168 points as a team.

Patrice Mansfield broke the program record in the 55m Hurdles with a time of 8.01, breaking the previous record of 8.06 set by Leticia Taylor in 2009. She was the third Owl to set a meet record, joining Hannah Caiola (400m) and Belle Smith (Shot Put).

Deja Fitzpatrick-Bell (Triple Jump), Paige Wilks (200m), Cedar Reilly (800m), and the Owls' 4x400 team all recorded first place victories. Ella Maclean won the 55m while competing unattached.
