Patrice Mansfield Named NE10 Track Athlete of the Week

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Southern Connecticut Women's Indoor Track & Field Junior Patrice Mansfield was named the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Track Athlete of the Week for the final week of the regular season.

Mansfield has quite the day at Yale's Giegengack Invitational. She placed 2nd in the 60m Hurdles, running a personal-best time of 8.71. That smashed her previous best of 8.88, and is the top time in the NE10 this season. It also ranks 25th in all of Division II. She also placed 32nd in the 60m Dash with a time of with a time of 8.07.

Mansfield and the Owls will look to defend their 2024 title at the 2025 Northeast-10 Indoor Track & Field Championships next weekend on Saturday, February 22nd and Sunday, February 23rd.
