2024-25 CSC Academic All-District Team Honorees
NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Southern Connecticut women's basketball placed four student-athletes on the prestigious College Sports Communicators (formerly COSIDA) 2024-25 Academic All-District® Team, as announced by CSC on Tuesday, March 25, 2025.
Hope Fox,
Jillian Martin,
Renza Milner and
Katie Williamson earned Academic All-District honors. This is the first CSC Academic All-District honor for Fox, Martin and Milner and the second Academic All-District honor for Williamson, after previously receiving this honor in 2022-23.
Student-athletes are eligible to receive Academic All-District® honors when they achieve a minimum 3.50 grade-point average and one year of enrollment at the nominating institution. Fox currently holds a 3.88 GPA while pursuing a degree in Exercise and Sport Science, Martin carries a 3.92 GPA while pursuing a Master's of Business Administration, Milner holds a 3.68 GPA while pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Williamson holds a 4.00 GPA while pursuing a graduate degree in Master's in Sport and Entertainment Management and held a 3.68 GPA while completing a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Liberal Studies in 2024.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Basketball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
