SCSU Men's Outdoor Track & Field Competes at Day 1 of the Wilton Wright Invitational

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Southern Connecticut Men's Outdoor Track & Field saw five Owls compete at Day 1 of the Wilton Wright Invitational, hosted by SCSU.

In the Hammer Throw, Jordan Ribeiro was the top Owls' top finisher, advancing to the final round and placing ninth with a personal best throw of 46.71m (153-03.00). Christopher Bon Tempo placed 12th, throwing 42.15m (43.66m). Leo Jolly placed 16th with a personal best throw of 42.26m (138-07.00), and Aidan Chittenden, competing unattached, finished in 17th at 41.85m (137-03.00).

Aidan Lanciault won the Decathlon 100m with a time of 11.41.

The Owls are back in action tomorrow for Day 2 of the Wilton Wright Invitational.
