SCSU Men's Track & Field Sits in Third Place after Day 1 of New England Championships

EASTON, Mass. - Southern Connecticut men's outdoor track & field sits in third place after day one of the 2026 NEICAAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships. The Owls totaled 30 points, trailing Central Connecticut (38) and Rhode Island (46).

Trevor Dixon led the way with a second place finish in the Javelin Throw. Colton Sallum placed third in the 5000m. Peyton Adams tied his personal best in the Pole Vault to place fifth, and Aidan Lanciault finished the first day of competition in the Decathlon in third place.
