Celine Bozukluian Named to NE10 Faces in the Crowd

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Southern Connecticut Women's Outdoor Track & Field standout Celine Bozukluian was named to the Northeast-10 Conference's Faces in the Crowd for Week 1 of the 2025 season, as announced by the conference on April 2nd. 

Bozukluian placed second in the Hammer Throw at the Ramapo College Invitational, recording a new personal-best of 47.72m (156-06). She did so on her final throw, after setting a PR on the penultimate throw at 47.49m (155-09). She destroyed her previous best mark of of 46.83m (153-08), which she set last year at the UConn Northeast Challenge. Her throw today was the top mark in the NE10 and the 60th best in all of Division II this season. 

The Owls compete next this Friday, April 4th at they travel to Storrs for the UConn Dog Fight.
