SCSU Women's Indoor Track & Field Competes at Harvard Invitational

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Southern Connecticut women's indoor track & field competed at the Harvard Invitational.

Amanda Castaldi impressed, placing eighth in the 60m Hurdles with a personal-best time of 8.67. That time ranks second in the Northeast 10 Conference behind her teammate Patrice Mansfield, and ranks 22nd in all of Division II, meeting the provisional mark. Her time also ranks fourth in program history. The Owls 4x400y relay also had a great day, placing second. When converted to the traditional 4x400m, their time ranks first in the NE10 and 9th in all of DII, also meeting the provisional mark.
