After a week off, the Southern Connecticut State University women's cross country team will compete in the Northeast-10 Conference Champioships in Easton, Mass. on Saturday.

A LOOK BACK AT THE NEW ENGLAND CHAMPIONSHIPS
Led by All-New England honors and a 10th place finish by senior Natasha Fitzpatrick, the Southern Connecticut State University women's cross country team finished 26th overall, out of 35 teams, at the NEICAAA Cross Country Championship at Franklin Park on Oct. 8. Full Recap 

FITZPATRICK NAMED TO NE-10 HONOR ROLL
Senior Natasha Fitzpatrick was named to the Northeast-10 Conference weekly honor roll for her performance this Oct. 8 in Boston, Mass. Fitzpatrick led the Owls to a 26th place finish at the New England Championships, crossing the line in 10th place with a time of 18:08.9 in the 5k event.

FITZPATRICK EARNS ALL-NEW ENGLAND HONORS 
Natasha Fitzpatrick's performance at the New England Championships on Oct. 8 helped her earn her first All-New England honor in her collegiate career.

BETTS NAMED NE-10 ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Freshman Ashley Betts was named Rookie of the Week by the Northeast-10 Conference for her perfomance at the Paul Short Invitational.

Senior Natasha Fitzpatrick finished second overall while helping the Owls claim ninth, out of 41 teams, at the Paul Short Invitational on Oct. 1. Full Recap   

A LOOK BACK AT THE TED OWEN INVITATIONAL
The Southern Connecticut State University women's cross country team had a strong showing at the 14th Annual Ted Owen Cross Country Invitational on Sept. 24. The Owls finished first overall among non-Division I teams. Full Recap 

FITZPATRICK NAMED SCSU ATHLETE OF THE WEEK...TAKE ONE
Natasha Fitzpatrick was the top non-Division I finisher (15th overall) out of more than 150 participants at the Ted Owen Invitational at Central Connecticut State on Saturday. Fitzpatrick claimed 15th after completing the 5k with a time of 18:26.8. For her efforts, she was named the SCSU Athlete of the Week.

Natasha Fitzpatrick was also selected as the SCSU Athlete of the Week for her performance at the Paul Short Invitational.

A LOOK BACK AT THE SEASON OPENER
The Owls opened up the 2016 season on Sept. 17 at the Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup. SCSU placed fifth at the event. Meet Recap 

TWO OWLS EARN WEEKLY HONORS
Senior Natasha Fitzpatrick and junior Grace Gothers were both named to the Northeast-10 weekly honor roll for their efforts in the season opener.Full Release

LOOKING BACK AT LAST YEAR
The Owls finished 21st at the NCAA Regional in 2015 to conclude its post-season action.

FARING WELL IN THE CLASSROOM
The team was recognized by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association with Team Academic Honors for its work in the classroom in 2015.

WELCOME TO THE CLUB
The Owls welcome four newcomers to the squad this fall - Anna Chamberland, Christina Costa, Meghan Delaney and Daijanique White.
