CONFERENCE PLAY CONTINUES
The Southern Connecticut State University field hockey team is back in action for two games this week. The Owls face No. 5 nationally ranked LIU-Post on Wednesday before heading to Merrimack on Friday evening.
COMING THROUGH WITH THE WINNER
Senior
Sarah Cebry scored the game-winning goal in overtime against AIC on Tuesday, giving the Owls their second conference win in a row.
ANDERSON HAS A CAREER DAY

Lauren Anderson had her first career multiple goal game and finished with a career-high five points in the win over AIC.

Jaime Matson has registered a goal in three consecutive games heading into this week's action.
PAIR RANKS AMONG NCAA LEADERS
Sophomore goalkeeper
Audrey Dolloff ranked among the NCAA leaders in saves/game last year, and she's on track to replicate that feat this year. Dolloff stopped 10 shots in the game at AIC and one at Saint Michael's. She now has 115 saves on the year, which leads the Northeast-10 Conference. She is also third in the NCAA in saves per game (12.8) and ninth in save percentage (.757). Sophomore
Anna Marcucilli is sixth in the NCAA in defensive saves with four.
STANDING AT THE TOP
Senior
Sarah Cebry remains at the top spot for Southern Connecticut's career scoring list. She moved past Cathy Cardini last week, who had 101 career points as an Owl. Cebry has 110 career points coming into this week's play.
ALL-TIME AGAINST LIU-POST
The all-time series between SCSU and LIU-Post is 16-11-1 in favor of LIU-Post. LIU-Post defeated SCSU by an 8-2 score in their earlier meeting this season.
ALL-TIME AGAINST MERRIMACK
The all-time series between SCSU and St. Merrimack is 16-9 in favor of the Owls.
BRING IT ON
The Owls faced arguably the most challenging schedule in all of Division II to start the season, wit five of their first sixgames against nationally ranked opponents.

Kristi Montemurro scored her first collegiate goal in the game against Shippensburg. Classmate
Jaime Matson matched the feat in the first game against AIC.
CEBRY STRIKES AGAIN
Sarah Cebry picked up where she left off last season. The All-American continues her senior season as she leads the Owls with 14 points this year (six goals, two assists).

ANOTHER SEASON IN THE BOOKS
The Southern Connecticut State University field hockey team closed the 2012 season with a 8-10 record. The Owls qualified for the Northeast-10 Conference Tournament.
CEBRY CAPTURES ALL-AMERICA HONORS
Junior
Sarah Cebry was selected as an All-American by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association at the conclusion of the season. She was named to the Second-Team after a campaign in which she led all of Division II in goals per game (1.28) and was No. 2 in points per game (2.89). Cebry also finished third in goals with 23 and fourth in points with 52. Along the way, she set new Southern Connecticut single-season records for goals and points. In addition, she also set a new single-game record with five goals, achieved twice during the campaign. Cebry also moved into first place on the SCSU career chart in goals during the year.
OWLS FIGURE PROMINENTLY IN FINAL NCAA STATS
The Southern Connecticut State University field hockey program was well-represented in the final NCAA statistical rankings.
Sarah Cebry led the nation in goals per game (1.28), was third in goals with 23 and fourth in points with 52. She was also No. 2 in points per game (2.89).
Audrey Dolloff finished the year ranked No. 2 in saves per game (9.50), No. 10 in save percentage (.764) and No. 17 in goals against average. Bailey McGinnis was No. 17 in assists per game (0.39), while
Anna Marcucilli was No. 19 in defensive saves (3.0).
DUO COLLECTS ALL-ROOKIE LAURELS
Bailey McGinnis and
Audrey Dolloff were named to the Synapse Sports Division II All-Rookie Team at the conclusion of the year.
PAIR SELECTED TO SENIOR ALL-STAR GAME
Seniors Erica Fisher and Randi Schock were selected to participate in the National Field Hockey Coaches Association North-South Senior All-Star Game.
TRIO NAMED TO NE-10 ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM
Seniors Laurie Cockerline and Paige Donlin, along with junior
Sarah Cebry, were named to the Northeast-10 Conference Field Hockey All-Academic Team following the conclusion of the season. Student-athletes must have at least a 3.3 cumulative grade point average, have completed at least one year at their institution and be a starter or key reserve. It marked the second year in a row that Cockerline and Donlin earned the honor.
OWLS EXCEL IN THE CLASSROOM
Twelve members of the squad were named to the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll for their work in the classroom in 2012-13. Student-athletes must post a 3.0 semester grade point average in order to be eligible for the honor.
SEVEN OWLS HONORED BY NFHCA

Sarah Cebry, Laurie Cockerline, Paige Donlin, Erica Fisher,
Marisa McCann, Bailey McGinnis and
Cathlyn Pistolas - were named to the NFHCA National Academic Squad. The National Academic Squad program recognizes those collegiate student-athletes who achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.30 through the first semester of the 2012-13 academic year.
TEAM HONORED BY NFHCA
For the fifth year in a row, the Owls were recognized with National Academic Team honors from the National Field Hockey Coaches Association. The National Academic Team Award recognized those institutions that achieved a minimum GPA of 3.0 during the first semester of the 2012-13 academic year.
