Box Score RINDGE, N.H. – The Southern Connecticut State University field hockey team fell to Franklin Pierce earlier today in a Northeast-10 Conference matchup, 4-0.
The Owls are now 2-8 and 0-3 in league play while Franklin Pierce is 4-6, 1-2.
The Ravens used two goals in just 19 seconds in the first half to take control of the game. Courtney Kelly made it 1-0 and was followed right behind on a goal from Andrea Fahey. The score stayed that way into halftime.
Second half goals from Carly Canavan and Kelly made it a 4-0 final.

SCSU is back in action on Tuesday for a home game against AIC.
