MUISE IN HUNT FOR CAREER RECORDS Sarah Muise is 29 goals short and 34 points shy of holding the all time record at Southern Connecticut State University. She has 84 goals and 96 points entering her senior season.
BEST SEASON IN PROGRAM HISTORYWith wins over Bridgeport, Post, Queens and Merrimack, the Owls set a new program record for victories in 2014. The old mark of three had been set on three occasions.

IN THE NORTHEAST-10 PRESEASON POLLSouthern Connecticut was selected 12th in the Northeast-10 Conference preseason poll, as voted on by the league's coaches.
MCCARTHY NAMED TO ALL ROOKIE TEAMJennifer McCarthy was selected for the Northeast-10 Conference All-Rookie Team in 2014. She was ranked second on the team in goals (21) and points (25) and led all freshman in both categories. McCarthy also finished second on the team in draw controls with 36.
IN SEASON OPENERSThe Owls hold a 1-13 record in season openers. The win was over American International College in 2007.
