FARREL MAKES A QUICK IMPACTEmma Farrel led the Owls in scoring as a freshman a year ago with 19 points and also topped the squad in goals (eight) while tying for the team lead in assists (three).
DOLLOFF RANKS AMONG NCAA LEADERSAudrey Dolloff finished the 2014 season ranked No. 3 in Division II with an average of 11.0 saves per game and was also 20th in save percentage (.731).

TEAM CAPTURES NFHCA ACADEMIC TEAM LAURELSFor the seventh year in a row, the Southern Connecticut State University field hockey team was recognized with National Academic Team honors from the National Field Hockey Coaches Association. The National Academic Team Award recognizes those institutions that achieved a minimum GPA of 3.0 during the first semester of the 2014-15 academic year. In total, the Owls were one of 20 programs at the Division II level to be recognized with this honor.
