LAST TIME VS. ADELPHISouthern Connecticut and Adelphi met earlier this season back on March 6th in Garden City, N.Y. The Owls managed to tie the Panthers in the top of the seventh, 4-4, but was unable to stop the hosts from scoring two runs in the bottom of the eighth to secure the win.
SCHEDULE NOTENova Southeastern and Lynn University will play four games each before playing Southern Connecticut at home on March 21 and 22.
ALL-TIME VS. NOVA SOUTHEASTERNThis is the first time in program history that Southern Connecticut and Nova Southeastern will meet in a non-conference clash.

WEEK THREE RECAPSouthern Connecticut finished week three with an overall record of 1-3-1 as the Owls opened the week with a 3-3 tie with the University of Bridgeport after eight innings on Tuesday afternoon. On Saturday, Queens swept Southern Connecticut in a non-conference doubleheader by the scores of 5-3 and 7-6 before the Owls split with the Knights on Sunday. Southern Connecticut took game one, 9-7, after scoring eight runs in the seventh, but fell in game two, 4-3, in seven innings.
WEEK THREE STAT LEADERS- Jake Lieberman produced a stat line of .385/.385/.471 during a 1-3-1 week for the Owls. He was 5-for-13 with three runs, three RBI and five total bases.
- Ethan Joyce helped the Owls to a 1-3-1 week by hitting .333 (5-for-15) with a team-high four RBI and two runs. He produced an on-base percentage of .500 on the strength of four walks and slugged .333, while going perfect 2-for-2 stealing bases.
- Quantique White picked up the Owls only win of the week as he allowed one run off one hit over three innings on the mound. He also recorded a walk and two strikeouts.
RECEIVING VOTES IN NCBWAThe baseball team are receiving votes in the latest National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) East Regional Poll, announced earlier today. Last week the Owls dropped to No. 9 after beginning the season ranked eighth.
