COLCHESTER, V.T. - The Southern Connecticut State University men's cross country team clinched first place at the Northeast 10 Conference Championships on Sunday, Nov. 6, 2022, hosted by Saint Michael's. Southern had eight runners finish in the top 20 and five runners finish in the top 15. Eight athletes also received Northeast 10 All-Conference honors.
This is Southern's second time placing first in the Northeast 10 Conference Championships since their last win in 2018. Jonathan Volpe (Naugatuck, Conn.) finished first overall with a time of 24.39.8.

- Nathanael Huebner (Milford, Conn.) finished in 71st place with a time of 28:32.6.
- Shea Kenney finished (Groton, Conn.) in 85th place with a tie of 29:11.1.
