SCSU Women's Soccer Falls to Franklin Pierce 1-0

Box Score RINDGE, N.H. – Southern Connecticut Women's Soccer fell short against #25 Franklin Pierce 1-0. The Owls move to 5-5-5 on the season.
 
The Owls' defense, which has been strong all season, continued to show out against the #25-ranked Ravens. Senior goalkeeper Kaelen Fabry continued her terrific first season with the Owls, totaling 5 saves on the day before Franklin Pierce put one through in the 76th minute.
 
Alexie Rosado led the Owls with five shots-on-goal, but the Owls could not squeeze one past Ravens' goalie Emilie Fox.
 
The Owls will return for their penultimate regular season match on Tuesday, October 29th against Mercy at home.
