Macy Vail was named to the All-NE10 Second Team, junior
Allie Palmer, sophomore
Anna Meserve and junior
Caelan Connors were all named to the All-NE10 Third Team and freshmen
Breya Montague and
Rebecca Sibley were both named to the All-NE10 Rookie Team. This is the most all-conference selections that Southern Connecticut has earned in a single season in program history, after setting the previous program-record of five all-conference selections in 2024.
It is the first All-Conference recognition for Vail, Palmer, Montague and Sibley. It is the second-straight season that
Anna Meserve has earned All-Conference honors, after earning All-Rookie Team honors in 2024. It is Connors' second All-Conference recognition, after earning All-Rookie Team honors in 2023.
Macy Vail earned All-NE10 Second Team honors after playing and starting in 17 games for the Owls. Vail had an impressive season for Southern Connecticut as she scored 49 goals, which is the sixth-most in program-history, totaled 76 points, which is the second-most in program-history and recorded a total of 27 assists, which is the fourth-most in program-history. Additionally, she tied the program-record for most points in a game with 11 points, scored the second-most goals in a single-game in program history with eight goals and scored the most goals in a game in the Northeast-10 Conference this season. Vail ranked sixth in the NE10 with an average of 2.88 goals per game, fifth in the NE10 in points with an average of 4.78 points per game and eighth in the NE10 for assists per game with an average of 1.59 per game.
Allie Palmer earned All-NE10 Third Team honors after playing and starting in 18 games for Southern. Palmer had a breakout season for the Owls as she scored a career-best of 36 goals, totaled 49 points, which is tied in the top 20 for the most points in a single-season in program history and recorded 13 assists. Palmer scored a career-high of four goals, twice, against Saint Michael's and Warner (Fla.). Against Saint Michael's, she scored four goals and had four points, which included the game-winning goal, to help the Owls clinch a 13-12 victory. Palmer ranked in the top 20 of the NE10 for goals per game, with an average of two goals per game this season.
Anna Meserve earned All-NE10 Third Team honors after appearing in 14 games for the Owls. Meserve was everywhere for Southern as she won a career-best of 43 draw controls, totaled a career-best of 33 points, scored a career-best of 26 goals, picked up 18 ground balls, caused a team-best of 17 turnovers and added seven assists. Meserve ranked 15
th in the NE10 for draw controls with an average of 3.07 draws per game and ranked 17
th in the NE10 in caused turnovers with an average of 1.21 caused turnovers per game. In a 20-5 win over Franklin Pierce, Meserve scored a career-best of five goals, totaled seven points, won five draw controls, caused three turnovers and two ground balls. In a 22-3 win over Holy Family, she won a career-best of six draw controls.
Caelan Connors earned All-NE10 Third Team honors after playing and starting in 18 games for Southern Connecticut. In goal, Connors recorded an impressive career-best of 153 saves, which is the ninth-most saves in a single-season in program-history, while posting a career-best save percentage of .464, which is the fifth-best percentage in the NE10, picked up a career-best of 19 ground balls and caused three turnovers. In three games this season, Connors made 15 saves against Saint Anselm, Southern New Hampshire and Assumption. Connors helped the Owls record their first shutout since 2016, in a 24-0 win against NAIA opponent, Warner. In addition, she was named Northeast-10 Conference Goalie of the Week, twice; on April 6, 2025, and March 17, 2025.
Breya Montague earned All-Rookie Team honors after playing and starting in 18 games for the Owls. Montague was a constant force on the Southern Connecticut defense as she picked up a team-best of 28 ground balls, caused 16 turnovers and won a draw control. She picked up a career-best of three ground balls in five games this season and caused a career-best of three turnovers in two games. In addition, Montague was a part of the Owls' defense that recorded their first shutout since 2016 in a 24-0 victory over NAIA opponent, Warner.
Rebecca Sibley earned All-Rookie Team honors after appearing in 16 games for Southern. Sibley made an impact in the Owls' midfield as she won 26 draw controls, totaled 14 points, picked up 11 ground balls, scored 10 goals, caused eight turnovers and four assists. Sibley scored a career-best of two goals, three times against Georgian Court, Caldwell and Saint Thomas Aquinas. She won a career-best of three draw controls in six games this season. In a 19-7 win over Georgian Court, Sibley scored two goals, totaled two points, picked up three ground balls, two caused turnovers and a draw control over the Lions.
