HOOKSETT, N.H. – Southern Connecticut women's outdoor track & field won the 2025 Northeast-10 Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championship, for the second consecutive season and it marks their seventh NE10 title overall. The Owls totaled 246 points throughout the Championship, captured 24 medals, which included 11 gold medals, eight silver medals and five bronze medals.
With the men's program also winning the 2025 NE10 outdoor title, the Owls' indoor and outdoor track & field titles for both genders make it the fifth time in NE10 history that one school has won both titles in the same year, as Southern accomplished this feat four other times.
The Owls captured 11 Gold Medals throughout the weekend, individually and in the 4x800 and 4x100 relays.
Kisha Francois secured a total of four medals, which included three gold medals in the 4x100, Long Jump, 100 Dash and a Silver Medal in the 200 Dash.
Hannah Caiola (400, 200 Dash, 4x100) won three Gold Medals.
Belle Smith secured three medals, which included Gold Medals in the Hammer Throw and Shot Put and a Bronze Medal in the Discus Throw. The 4x800 relay team of

Erin Sola,
Abigail Bajorek and
Julia Mansfield secured the Gold Medal. The 4x100 relay team of Francois Caiola,
Avery Winters and
Dardielle Exantus claimed the Gold Medal.
Maddie Hathorn claimed the Gold Medal in the Pole Vault. It was an Owls' sweep on the 5000-meter podium as
Courtney Henchcliffe won the Gold Medal,
Megan Whitnell captured the Silver Medal and
PJ Dauphinais secured the Bronze Medal.
NE10 HEPTATHLON
Gillian Penna captured the Bronze Medal after totaling 4073 points, as
Ginny Mullen finished in fourth place with a total of 3833 points.
Penna came in second place in the long jump with a mark of 4.96 meters (16' 3 ¼") and Mullen came in eighth place with a mark of 4.41 meters (14' 5 ¾").
Mullen threw for 18.73 meters (61' '5") in the javelin throw for eighth place as Penna threw for 17.35 meters (56' 11") in ninth place.
In the final event of the Heptathlon,
Gillian Penna and
Ginny Mullen finished in first and second place in the 800. Penna won with a time of 2:30.75 and Mullen crossed the finish line shortly after in a time of 2:33.34 in second place.
FIELD
Shot Put
Belle Smith captured the Gold Medal with a throw of 13.88 meters (45' 6 ½").
Darla Jagrosse captured the Bronze Medal with a throw of 13.07 meters (42' 10 ¾").
Kayla Johnson finished in fourth place with a throw of 12.22 meters (40' 1 ¼").
Discus Throw
Belle Smith secured the Bronze Medal with a throw of 40.86 meters (134' 0") in the discus throw.
Darla Jagrosse finished in fifth with a throw of 37.19 meters (122' 0"), and
Valerie Torres came in eighth with a throw of 35.78 meters (117' 4").
Triple Jump
Uliana Pokutnia came in second place with a mark of 11.30 meters (37' 1"), to capture the Silver Medal.

4x100 Relay
The relay team of
Dardielle Exantus,
Kisha Francois,
Avery Winters and
Hannah Caiola capured the Gold Medal with a time of 46.26.
100 Hurdles
Patrice Mansfield captured the Silver Medal in the 100 Hurdles in a time of 14.04.
400 Run
Hannah Caiola and
Avery Winters finished in first and second place in the 400. Caiola secured the Gold Medal in a time of 53.52 and Winters captured the Silver Medal in a time of 55.84.
Brianna Cole finished in eighth place in a time of 1:00.23.
100 Dash
Kisha Francois captured the Gold Medal, her third Gold Medal of the NE10 Championships, in the 100 Dash in a time of 11.96.
Dardielle Exantus came in seventh place in a time of 12.59.
800 Run
Julia Mansfield secured the Silver Medal in a time of 2:15.34 in the 800.
Abigail Bajorek finished in fourth place with a time of 2:19.53.
200 Dash
Hannah Caiola and
Kisha Francois finished in first and second in the 200. Caiola captured her third Gold Medal of the NE10 Championships in a time of 24.22 as Francois secured the Silver Medal in a time of 24.74.
Avery Winters came in fourth place in a time of 24.96.
Dardielle Exantus came in eighth place in a time of 26.05.
5000 Run
It was an Owls' sweep on the podium in the 5000 as
Courtney Henchcliffe captured the Gold Medal,
Megan Whitnell captured the Silver Medal and
PJ Dauphinais captured the Bronze Medal. Henchcliffe won in a time of 18:40.34, Whitnell crossed the finish line in second place in 19:.01.04 and Dauphinais finished in 19:04.73.
Emilie Noreika came in 11
th place in a time of 19:56.62.
4x400 Relay
The relay team of

Ginny Mullen and
Leticia DoNascimento finished in sixth place in a time of 4:06.14.
