Carolynn Keal (Southington, Conn.) tallied a game-high five goals in her final collegiate game as the Southern Connecticut State University women's lacrosse team lost a 19-15 decision at No. 25 Assumption this evening.

KEY PERFORMERS:
- In addition to five goals from Keal,
Samantha Cozzolino (Hamden, Conn.) registered four goals.
Nicole Healey (Milford, Conn.) notched a hat trick in her final game as an Owl.
- Healey also posted 13 draw controls, the second-highest single-game total in school history and a new career-high.

Hailey Gordon (Niantic, Conn.),
Hailey Prindle-Nelson (Sharon, Conn.) and
Taylor Portelinha (Woodbridge, Conn.) also scored for the Owls.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- After Keal opened the scoring, Assumption rolled off five straight goals for a 5-1 lead. The Owls would close the deficit to three at the half, 9-6.
- In the second half, the Owls closed to one goal on two occasions, at 11-10 and 13-12. However, Assumption stretched its lead to 18-13 with a 5-1 run and went on to the four-goal win.
