The Southern Connecticut women's lacrosse team will travel to Waltham, Mass. face Northeast 10 conference foe Bentley University on Saturday, April 6, at 12 p.m. at Bentley Turf Field. The Falcons are led by Julia Glavin who has 35 goals and 5 assists and Cara McCarthy who has registered 24 goals and two assists through eight games. The Owls are led by senior co-captain

MORTON SETS SEASON-HIGH
With her 18 saves today, Laura Morton sets a season-high for saves this year. The last time she had 18 saves was against Adelphi on March 29, 2017.
ROWE SETS SCSU RECORD
With Rowe's seven-goal performance against Franklin Pierce, she set a program record as the only freshman in Southern Connecticut history to score seven in a game. The most goals since Samantha Cozzolino scored seven against SNHU on April 13, 2018.
LONGEST GAME IN PROGRAM HISTORY
In the triple overtime loss against Franklin Pierce, the Owls broke a school record for longest game in SCSU history. The game broke a five-year record set on April 16, 2014 against AIC when the Owls lost 16-14 in double overtime.
CLIMBING THE RECORD BOOK
With her two goals against Adelphi, Cozzolino now sits in 2nd place with 136 career goals and trails Nicole Healey '18 for 1st place all-time at SCSU with 172. With her one assist against AIC, she is tied for 2nd place all-time in career assists with Nicole Healey '18 at 41. With her two points against Adelphi, Cozzolino sits in 2nd place with 177 career points and trails Nicole Healey '18 for 1st place all-time at SCSU with 213.
COZZOLINO, SEYMOUR STAY HOT
These two have been on a scoring tear from March 21-27 and have registered hat tricks in three-consecutive games for the Owls. With her three goals against AIC, Cozzolino registered her 22nd hat-trick of her collegiate career and seventh of the season. She leads the Owls with 37 goals and 14 assists so far this year.
Over the three game span,
Stephanie Seymour tallied 15 points with 11 goals and four assists, and has surpassed her points total from the 2018 season of four goals and one assist. With her three goals,
Stephanie Seymour has collected three-or-more goals in four-straight games.
OWLS POST BACK-TO-BACK WINS
The Owls have now won back-to-back games for the first since Mar. 13 & 14, 2018 against Saint Michael's and UC-Colorado Springs. The Owls stole the victory, 13-12, over Saint Michael's in overtime. The last time the Owls won a game in overtime was on April 27, 2016 when they defeated American International College, 7-6.

GORDON'S FIRST FOUR GOAL PERFORMANCE
With her four goals in the win over Post,
Hailey Gordon has recorded her fourth multiple-goal game of the season and sixth of her career. This is the first four-goal game of her collegiate career and her second hat-trick with the first coming on February 24 against Molloy earlier this year.
