Kevin Connors, ’76, was a four-year starter at guard for the Owls basketball team, and was captain of the team in 1975-76. While helping Southern win the Elm City Trophy, he led the team in scoring and assists. He ranks among Southern’s all-time scorers, with 1,287 points. Connors went on to a successful career on Wall Street. He has been a dedicated supporter of the Owls’ men’s basketball program, as well as the Tomorrows Children Fund, the Juvenile Diabetes Association, and The Arc of Opportunity in North Central Massachusetts.
