Ralph DeSantis, ’70, was an outstanding offensive lineman for the Owls. He went on to a successful career as head coach at Bethel High School, winning five conference titles in seven years, and organizing the first Western Connecticut Championship game in 1980. DeSantis chaired many scholastic sports and football coaching committees.
